Alabama – Huntsville (Mar 2020)

As mentioned before, we headed to Huntsville so we could see Lorraine’s sister. The visit, of course, was great. However, the visit did get interrupted with the coronavirus and we pretty much stayed in our RV. We did get to see Lorraine’s sister and husband several times before the social distance requirements went in. The city is not large – only approximately 500M people and acts like a small town. Most things are closed in Alabama on Sunday by the way.

Before all of this happened, we ventured into Huntsville to see the sites. One of the stops was to the Veteran Memorial. Mike likes the “small town” memorials because he thinks they are the best.
